Prior to joining the Langham Hotels Group, Schroder was based in Dubai and was the senior vice president of operations for Raffles and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Europe and Africa. Prior to that, he was the senior vice president of operations for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Early in his career, Schroder worked for the Hilton Group for over 20 years, holding key management positions in individual hotels, regional management, and brand marketing in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
