Arverne Wraps Up EUR70 Million Orane Issue

12:23 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arverne (ARVEN.PA) concluded the issue of 70 million euros of oranes as part of its dual flow strategic plan, according to a July 24 filing. The oranes bear a fully capitalized interest of 7% per annum from the subscription date. It will be repaid in cash or through newly issued shares in the company or its subsidiaries Lithium de France and 2gré. The French geothermal energy services company will use the proceeds to expand its industrial and commercial activities and deploy infrastructure across its entire value chain.
