Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu plans to urge US President Trump to maintain “uninterrupted and continuous strict surveillance” of Iran's nuclear program. Netanyahu said that the US and Israel have delayed Iran's nuclear research and development capabilities for “several years,” but at the same time he warned that Tehran may still rebuild destroyed nuclear facilities. Trump said that the US side preferred diplomatic channels to resolve the dispute, but if Iran continues to launch attacks against US allies in the Strait of Hormuz, the US reserves all countermeasures.
