The Yangtze River Defense General Administration and the Yangtze River Commission upgraded the Level IV emergency response for Jiangxi and Hunan Province to Level III at 12:00 on July 26; according to the work requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources, 2 task forces were dispatched to the frontline assistance and guidance for torrential rain and flood prevention in Hunan and Jiangxi Province on the 26th; in accordance with the “one province, one order” targeted warning requirements, the three provinces of Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi issued typhoon and rainstorm flood prevention work tips.
