Ukraine's National Emergency Service posted on social media on the evening of the 24th that the Buchansky district of Kyiv Oblast was hit by a missile attack that day, killing 10 people and injuring dozens. According to the Ukrainian National Emergency Situation Service, 3 apartment buildings caught fire as a result of the attack, and 23 other residences, 2 hotels and other facilities were damaged. At the time of press release, the fire had been put out, and the Ukrainian National Emergency Situation Service and police were organizing rescue operations.
