Jingtai Holdings announced that according to preliminary assessments, the Group is expected to record a net loss attributable to the equity holders of the Company for the six months ending June 30, 2026, of approximately RMB 215 million to RMB 275 million, while net profit for the same period in 2025 is approximately RMB 082.8 million, or profit to loss. The estimated revenue for the reporting period is approximately RMB 380 million to RMB 400 million, and revenue for the same period in 2025 is RMB 517 million. The decline in revenue was mainly due to the confirmation of a down payment for a high-value pipeline authorization project in the same period in 2025, which formed a high comparative base. R&D expenses for the reporting period are expected to be no less than RMB 340 million, an increase of more than 50% over the previous year, mainly due to the continued increase in investment in independent laboratories, intelligent systems, and research pipelines.
