The partnership will mainly engage in equity investment, investment management and asset management, and invest in unlisted companies through private equity funds and venture capital.

According to the partnership agreement, the company (as limited partner) and Shanghai Zhifeng (as general partner) will invest RMB 800 million and RMB 10,000 respectively into the partnership, accounting for 99.9988% and 0.0012% of the partnership's equity, respectively. After the transaction is completed, the partnership will be recorded as a subsidiary of the company, and its financial results will be incorporated into the company's comprehensive financial statements. The proposed name of the partnership is Jiaxing Hujiang Optoelectronics Industry Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), and the final name shall be subject to the name approved and registered by the relevant Chinese government department.
