Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Yan Yude increased his holdings into Shiwai Education (01565) by 6.2 million shares at a price of approximately HK$0.19 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 23, CEO and Executive Director Yan Yude increased his holdings to Real Education (01,565) by 6.2 million shares, at a price of HK$0.1941 per share, for a total amount of HK$1,203.42 million. The latest number of shares held after the increase was approximately 1,432 billion shares, with a shareholding ratio of 46.36%.

This transaction involves another related party: Wang Xiaoying.

Additional information: Virscend Education Company Limited (the “Company”) reclassified 6,200,000 shares on 23 July 2026 for holding as treasury shares. Since Mr. Yan Yude controls more than one-third voting power at the company's general meetings, Mr. Yan is considering to have an interest in such treasury shares of the company under the SFO.

There is an increase in the number of shares in which the intention of the director is due to the repurchase of shares by Virscend Education Company Limited for holding as Treasury shares.
