Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, together with the China Meteorological Administration, held rolling meetings to analyze the impact of the typhoon and jointly issued warnings for farmland flooding and wind disasters; according to the provisions of the “Emergency Plan for Major Agricultural Natural Disasters”, a four-level emergency response was initiated for agricultural flood control stations to guide early harvesting of mature crops, harvesting aquatic products, strengthening farming facilities, strengthening the investigation of hidden risks, and implementing agricultural production safety measures to promptly organize fishing boats to return to Hong Kong and disembark personnel to minimize disaster losses and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
