CDB International Investment (01062): Liu Gangjian Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guokai International Investment (01062) announced that Mr. Xian Ruimin's term as an independent non-executive director of the company will expire on August 31, 2026. Mr. Sin will also retire as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Sin has confirmed that he has no intention of continuing his current term in order to spend more time on other work arrangements. Mr. Liu Gangjian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Board's Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from July 24, 2026.
