Ms. Li Hongshuan has proposed to resign as company secretary due to personal work adjustments, effective from the date of this announcement. Previously, on June 26, 2026, when the term of the eighth board of directors of the company expires, Ms. Li Hongshuan ceased to be the secretary of the company's board of directors.
