Jinko Energy announced that the 3rd Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting in 2026 will be held at 14:30 on August 6 at the Jingke Center in Minhang District, Shanghai, using a combination of on-site voting and online voting. The meeting will review a number of proposals, including changing the use of repurchased shares and cancelling them, involving 297.213 million shares; changing the company's registered capital and amending the Articles of Association. The company's share capital will be changed from 10.267 billion shares to 10.240 billion shares due to the cancellation of convertible debt-for-shares and repurchase shares; revising some corporate governance systems; and re-electing Cao Haiyun as a non-independent director of the second board of directors.
