China Life Insurance announced that the company, Jiangsu Fund and Property Insurance Company plan to sign a “Supplementary Agreement to the Jiangsu Yuquan Chengda Equity Investment Center Partnership Agreement” with China Life Insurance Jiangsu Company before December 31, 2026 to adjust the partnership's profit distribution mechanism from a single investment project to an overall distribution. After the adjustment, the general partner received excess income based on the overall income. 20% of the excess income went to the general partner, and 80% was distributed among the limited partners according to the paid-up investment ratio. Other terms of the Partnership Agreement remain unchanged.
