A relevant person in charge of the State Internet Information Office said that the “Personal Information Protection Law” stipulates that the State Internet Information Department coordinates the relevant departments to formulate special personal information protection rules and standards for small personal information handlers. The enactment of the “Regulations” is an important measure to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and implement the relevant requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law.
