Haina Intelligence (01645): Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics to jointly build a joint laboratory for intelligent production line robots

Zhitong Finance App News, Haina Intelligence (01645) announced that on July 24, 2026, the company, Jinjiang Yuanshu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Jinjiang Yuanshu, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the Shenzhen Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (Shenzhen Research Institute) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build a joint laboratory for intelligent production line robots. The cooperation period is 3 years. The joint laboratory will focus on R&D and transformation of results in technical fields such as intelligent upgrading of production lines, embedded intelligent industrial applications, visual inspection, and digital twins.

Jinjiang Yuanshu is a limited company established under Chinese law and a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. It is mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of production line composite handling robots and flexible logistics robot solutions based on “wheeled mobile chassis+robotic arm”.

Established in 2019, the Shenzhen Research Institute is one of the top ten municipal basic research institutions established by the Shenzhen Municipal Government based on the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). It focuses on basic theory and original technology research in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics, and promotes the application transformation of intelligent technology in medical rehabilitation, intelligent manufacturing, urban services and sustainable development.

The directors believe that cooperation with the Shenzhen Research Institute will help the company use top scientific research resources to enhance the core technical capabilities of intelligent manufacturing, is in line with the Group's long-term development strategy, and is expected to generate additional revenue for the Group and the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
