Zhitong Finance App News, Hangzhou Garden (300649.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest and establish a joint venture with Beijing Qingwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qingwei Intelligent”), Daoke Intelligent Computing (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Daoke Intelligent Information”), and Xinjiyuan Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinjiyuan Information”). The joint venture has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, of which Hangzhou Yuanlin has pledged an investment of 10.2 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 51%; Qingwei Smart will pay 3 million yuan of capital Yuan, shareholding ratio 15%; Daoke Smart has pledged an investment of 3 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 15%; Xinjiyuan Information has pledged an investment of 3.8 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 19%.

This time, a joint venture was established with Qingwei Intelligence, Daoke Intelligent Computing, and Xinjiyuan Information to systematically solve the pain points of the industry where traditional garden design is inefficient and repetitive labor, rely on advanced technical means to support full life cycle businesses such as ecological simulation, digital twins, and smart park operation and maintenance, and provide an autonomous and controllable technical support and data security foundation for the development of vertical garden software models.
