Reckitt Benckiser to Sell Russian Hygiene Business to Arnest Management

02:31 AM EDT, 07/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Reckitt Benckiser Group (RKT.L) will sell its Russian Hygiene business to local consumer goods manufacturer Arnest Group unit Arnest Management, according to a Friday release. Russia Hygiene includes a production facility near Moscow and intellectual property for locally owned brands. The deal will include the transfer of 400 local employees and exclude the intellectual property of any of the British consumer goods company's global brands. Closing of the deal is expected during the second half, subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals in the UK.
