According to relevant national laws and regulations, the State Council set up an investigation and evaluation team, led by the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing, Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transport, the China Meteorological Administration, the National Energy Administration, the National Fire and Rescue Administration, and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government to investigate and evaluate the “7.6” dam collapse disaster at Liulan Reservoir in Hengzhou City, Southwest Guangning.
