According to the news, on the evening of July 23, Yun Zhisheng announced that the board of directors approved the repurchase of H shares with a total value of not more than HK$100 million in the open market within 6 months from the date of the announcement. At the same time, the company also disclosed that it was informed by the controlling shareholder, executive director and CEO Huang Wei that it purchased a total of 56,000 H shares with its own capital from July 6 to July 16, increasing its holdings by about HK$3.97 million. It was also advised by Executive Director Liu Shengping that from July 7 to July 16, a total of about 15,000 H shares were purchased on the open market with his own capital, increasing his holdings by about HK$1.126 million.

Earlier, Yunzhisheng announced Yingxi for the first half of the year. The estimated revenue for the period is 530 million yuan to 580 million yuan, an increase of 31% to 43% over the previous year. By business, in the first half of this year, the smart device business, which relies on large model capabilities, is expected to achieve revenue of 515 million yuan to 550 million yuan, an increase of 2 to 2.2 times over the previous year; the newly expanded big model token direct transfer business this year is estimated to have revenue of about 30 million yuan, with a gross margin of not less than 60%. Among them, token transfer revenue for the second quarter was about 25 million yuan, an increase of about 5 times over the previous year.
