In the first half of this year, the Ministry of Public Security further promoted the “efficient completion of one thing” and formulated and introduced policies and measures to support customs clearance operations throughout the Hainan Free Trade Port. Improve the normalized police and enterprise contact service mechanism, fully implement the ten work guidelines of public security and economic investigation departments, investigate 18,900 criminal cases of infringement and counterfeiting, and arrest 33,800 criminal suspects to the greatest extent possible to stimulate innovation vitality and protect innovative achievements. Collaborating to raise the level of inbound tourism, consumption, and facilitation of life, the number of inbound foreigners reached 22.914 million, of which 17.815 million were visa-free, up 20.4% and 30.6% year-on-year respectively.
