Qiu Xiaoqi said that since the establishment of diplomatic relations 46 years ago, Sino-Eritrean relations have maintained a good momentum of development. In June of last year, President Xi Jinping met with President Noboa, who came to China to attend the Summer Davos Forum. The heads of state of the two countries jointly indicated the direction for the development of Sino-Eritrean relations. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Eritrea.
