RIMBACO (01953): Restoring public shareholding

According to Zhitong Finance App, RIMBACO (01953) issued an announcement. The company was notified by its controlling shareholder Aureole that on July 23, 2026, Aureole had placed 200,000 shares (accounting for about 0.02% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this announcement) to a selected independent third party to restore the company's public shareholding.

Following the completion of the placement, members of the public held 315 million shares, accounting for 25% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this announcement. As a result, the minimum public shareholding requirement of section 13.32B (1) of the Listing Rules has been reinstated.
