QPL INT'L (00243) announced that profit expected annual consolidated profit of about HK$89 million to HK$96.8 million, turning a year-on-year loss into profit

According to the Zhitong Finance App, QPL INT'L (00243) announced that the Group is expected to achieve a comprehensive profit of approximately HK$89 million to HK$96.8 million for the year ending April 30, 2026 (2025: loss of approximately HK$1.1 million). According to the information obtained so far, the improvements are mainly due to (i) an increase of approximately 15.0% in revenue over the same period in 2025 (approximately HK$301.4 million for the year ended April 30, 2025); (ii) an increase of approximately 57.0% in other income over the same period in 2025 (approximately HK$17.4 million for the year ended April 30, 2025) net fair value earnings of approximately HK$64.2 million (2025: loss of approximately HK$4.2 million) HKD).
