Greentown China (03900): Zhao Hui appointed as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board

According to Zhitong Finance App, Greentown China (03900) issued an announcement, effective July 23, 2026: The following persons have resigned from their respective positions: Mr. Liu Chengyun has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, ESG Committee and Risk Control Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee and other positions in the Group; and Mr. Geng Zhongqiang has resigned as acting CEO of the company. Mr. Geng Zhongqiang remains an executive director.

The following persons have been appointed to the following corresponding positions: Mr. Zhao Hui has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, Authorized Representative of the Company, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, ESG Committee and Risk Control Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Jiang Feng has been appointed as the company's executive director and executive president.
