After investigation, Guo Wei lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, ignored organizational principles, concealed and failed to report personal matters, and used the influence of his position to obtain benefits for others in matters such as employee recruitment and job adjustments; lost the bottom line of integrity, accepted bonuses that may affect the fair execution of official duties, illegally borrow money from clients, and illegally borrow vehicles; and used the convenience of his position to help others in project contracting, employee recruitment and job adjustments, and illegally accept huge sums of money. Guo Wei seriously violated the Party's organizational discipline and integrity discipline, constituting a serious offense of office and suspected of taking bribes. Furthermore, he did not back down or quit after the 18th National Congress of the Party. It was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously.
