After investigation, Guo Wei lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, ignored organizational principles, concealed and failed to report personal matters, and used the influence of his position to obtain benefits for others in matters such as employee recruitment and job adjustments; lost the bottom line of integrity, accepted bonuses that may affect the fair execution of official duties, illegally borrow money from clients, and illegally borrow vehicles; and used the convenience of his position to help others in project contracting, employee recruitment and job adjustments, and illegally accept huge sums of money. Guo Wei seriously violated the Party's organizational discipline and integrity discipline, constituting a serious offense of office and suspected of taking bribes. Furthermore, he did not back down or quit after the 18th National Congress of the Party. It was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. According to the “Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishment”, “Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Law on Administrative Disposition of Public Officials of the People's Republic of China” and other relevant regulations, it was decided to dismiss Guo Wei from his party membership; after research by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission's Discipline Inspection and Monitoring Team at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, it was decided to cancel the treatment he enjoyed in accordance with the regulations; the Hebei Provincial Supervision Commission referred the suspected crime to the procuratorial authorities for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law.
