Zhitong Finance App News, Huaqin Technology (03296) announced that on July 23, 2026, Huaqin Communications, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired a total of 1.96 million shares of Crystal Integrated (02249) H shares (accounting for about 0.09% of the total issued share capital of Crystal Integrated at the date of this announcement) through an on-market transaction conducted on the Stock Exchange on July 23, 2026. The total cost is approximately HK$657.718 million (excluding transaction costs), which is equivalent to an average price of about HK$32.95 per target share. After the completion of the acquisition and as of the date of this announcement, the Group held approximately 10.91% of the total issued share capital of Crystal Synthesis.
