According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiang Bolong (301308.SZ) announced that Mr. Cai Huabo, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman and general manager of the company, proposed that the company use its own or self-funded funds to repurchase some RMB common stock (A shares) already issued by the company through centralized bidding transactions, with a total repurchase capital of not less than RMB 400 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 800 million (inclusive).
