According to Zhitong Finance App News, Poly Development (600048.SH) announced the 2026 semi-annual results report. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved total operating income of 102,897 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.95%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 1,928 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 38.96%; and net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 1,847 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 38.99%.

During the reporting period, due to industry and market fluctuations, the company's real estate project delivery carry-over scale and gross carry-over margin declined, leading to a year-on-year decline in the company's relevant profit indicators.
