The Zhitong Finance App learned that recently, a company under Shenzhou Holdings (00861) successfully signed a contract for a rural coal-to-gas informatization platform project in Hebei Province. The project is a provincial key digital project launched by Hebei Province to guarantee the safety and stability of people's livelihood and gas use in rural areas and implement the “dedicated dedicated use” policy. The project includes full data access and full business process management for 14 cities, 358 gas companies, and 11.13 million coal-to-gas users in Hebei Province. It places high demands on the technical capabilities, delivery efficiency, and data security of the undertakers.

According to reports, the project covers ten core business modules, including gas usage planning, gas volume statistics, measurement and settlement, gas volume verification, price management, and subsidy distribution. It requires four-level penetrating supervision of provincial, municipal, county and enterprise levels, and places high requirements on system performance, data security, localization adaptation, and delivery schedule. Among them, the construction target of completing system deployment tests within 90 days and full data access within 120 days has become one of the core challenges of project implementation.
