Geely Auto announced that Geely SPV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, reached an agreement with Ford NL to acquire 34% of the Spanish target company's shares for 221 million euros. After the transaction is completed, the target company will jointly hold 66% and 34% of the interests of Ford NL and Geely SPV. This acquisition does not constitute a transaction related to Geely Automobile, nor is it a transaction subject to announcement.
