According to Zhitong Finance App, Shenzhen International (00152) announced that Shenzhen International Holdings Co., Ltd. will publicly issue corporate bonds (Phase II) (Type 1) (hereinafter referred to as “Current Bonds”) to professional investors in 2023 and pay interest for the period from July 26, 2025 to July 25, 2026 on July 27, 2026.

Bond abbreviation: 23 International P3. Bond code: 148398. The coupon interest rate for the current bond “23 International P3” is 2.99% during this interest-bearing period. Interest payment is RMB 29.90 (tax included) for every 10 sheets of “23 International P3” with a face value of RMB 1,000. The actual interest paid by individual and securities investment fund bondholders after tax deduction is RMB 23.92 for every 10 bonds; the actual interest paid by non-resident enterprise (including QFII and RQFII) bondholders after tax deduction is RMB 29.90 for every 10 bonds.
