Specialty chemicals supplier Varsal Tech (VAT.US) has an IPO price of 5-6 US dollars/share and plans to raise $17 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that Varsal Tech, which provides specialty chemicals for the pharmaceutical, electronics, industrial and scientific research sectors, announced the terms of its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday. The Warminster, Pennsylvania-based company plans to raise $17 million by issuing 3 million shares at a price of 5 to 6 dollars each. At the midpoint of the issue price range, Varsal Tech's market capitalization will reach $127 million.

Varsal Tech develops and distributes specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, and customized chemical solutions for customers in the pharmaceutical, electronics, industrial, personal care and research sectors. The company procures products through its network of third-party manufacturers in China and provides these manufacturers with proprietary process specifications and technical guidance, while also being responsible for downstream logistics, packaging, and global delivery. Its product portfolio includes sulfonyl chemicals, phosphorus-based chemicals, and other specialty intermediates, and complies with ISO 9001 certification and GMP production standards.

Varsal Tech was founded in 1993 and achieved revenue of 19 million dollars in the 12 months ending March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on the US board of the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VAT.” RF Lafferty & Co. was the sole underwriter for the deal.
