Shi Puji was nominated as the director and chairman of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.; Zhang Zhijun no longer held the relevant position; nominated Cheng Yiming as the company's manager; Wang Zhiyong no longer held the position of deputy manager; appointed Niu Ben as the director and deputy manager of Xinzhou Thermal Power Co., Ltd.; and Hao Weiqiang as the company's supervisor.
