After investigation, Guo Xueyi lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, and fought against organizational censorship; violated the spirit of the Eight Regulations of the Central Committee; received gifts and banquets in violation of regulations; obtained benefits for himself and others in terms of job promotion in violation of regulations; ran a commercial enterprise in violation of regulations; used greed to expand, use power for personal gain, and used the convenience of his position to profit others in business operations, project cooperation, etc., and illegally receive huge sums of money; bribing relevant personnel in order to obtain job promotions; illegally withdrawing conference funds into their own possession. Guo Xueyi seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, and integrity discipline. It constituted a serious offense of office and was suspected of bribery, bribery, and embezzlement crimes, and did not retreat after the 18th National Congress of the Party. It was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. According to the “Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishment”, “Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Law on Administrative Disposition of Public Officials of the People's Republic of China” and other relevant regulations, the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection studied and reported to the CPC Central Committee for approval, and decided to dismiss Guo Xueyi from his party membership; the State Supervision Commission punishes him with dismissal from public office; seize his disciplinary and illegal proceeds; and refer the suspected crime to the procuratorial authorities for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law.
