Moody's Revises ASML Outlook to Positive on Continued Strengthening of Business, Credit Profiles

12:08 AM EDT, 07/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Moody's changed its outlook on ASML (ASML.AS) to positive from stable, citing the expected continuous improvement in the company's business and credit profiles over the next 12 to 18 months. The rating agency said Wednesday the Dutch semiconductor equipment manufacturer's credit profile will likely benefit from an expected over 30% revenue growth in 2026, while its business profile is projected to get a boost from the execution of its strategy, particularly for its extreme ultraviolet business. Moody's also affirmed the A1 senior unsecured ratings of the company on the back of its "strong" market position.
