Snowway Mining New Energy Lithium Mine Development Project” construction project and announced it to the public. According to the EIA acceptance announcement, the project is located in Yajiang County and Kangding City in Ganzi Prefecture. The construction unit is Yajiang County Snowway Mining Development Co., Ltd. According to EIA documents, the mining scale of the Snoway project will reach 1.5 million tons/year after completion. Snowway Mining is famous for its 54.2857% share auction in 2022, which triggered a battle for “sky-high lithium mines” in the industry. In the end, Ningde Era became its 100% controlling shareholder and actual controller with a restructuring plan of over 6.4 billion yuan. The acceptance of this EIA marks that mine development has moved from the preliminary preparation stage to the substantive construction preparation stage.
