The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 22, Volkswagen Dental (02651) experienced position changes, with a total market value of HK$305.463 million, accounting for 8.82%. The company's shareholders transferred 1.6 million shares to Shengheng Financial Holdings and 1.6 million shares from Xinyongan International Securities.

Volkswagen Dental announced that the placement was completed on July 15, 2026. A total of 1.2 million placed shares (equivalent to about 6.58% of the number of H shares issued and about 2.37% of the number of issued shares expanded through allotment and issuance of placed shares) have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at a placement price of HK$10.00 per placed share.
