Zhitong Financial App News, Goli Pharmaceutical-B (01672) announced that the board of directors of the company will report in the form of a brief oral discussion at the 62nd European Association for Diabetes Research (EASD) annual meeting in Milan, Italy, the preclinical data of ASC36_35 FDC, the monthly injection compound formulation of ASC36 (a polypeptide pancreatin receptor agonist) and ASC35 (a polypeptide GLP-1R/GIPR agonist). The data showed that in animal models of diet-induced obesity (DIO), the drug showed superior weight loss effects compared with the combined administration of eloralintide and tiverpotide.

“Based on these preclinical data, we believe that the ASC36 and ASC35 combination may achieve better weight loss results in obese people than eloralintide and tirzepatide,” said Dr. Wu Jinzi, founder, chairman of the board and CEO of Geli. “These data can be selected for the EASD 2026 oral discussion session, which shows the importance of developing new treatment options for people with obesity.”

ASC36_35 FDC is a combination of ASC36 and ASC35 that is injected subcutaneously once a month, and is expected to be a first-in-class (first-in-class) drug candidate targeting the three proven targets of insulin receptors, GLP-1R, and GIPR. The ASC36_35 FDC monthly compound formulation is a self-assembled lipid storage type (SALD) preparation developed using Geli's proprietary Ultra Long-acting Drug Development Platform (ULAP) technology.
