According to the Zhitong Finance App, Changjiang Securities (000783.SZ) issued an announcement. Liu Zhengbin, chairman of the company, proposed that the company use its own funds to repurchase the company's shares through centralized bidding transactions, use the repurchase of shares for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives, or protect the company's value and shareholders' rights. The total capital for repurchasing shares shall not be less than 100 million yuan (inclusive) and not more than 200 million yuan (inclusive).
