On July 22, the Legal Affairs Department of Ideal Auto announced that Ideal Auto has filed a lawsuit on March 25, 2025 in response to the online account “Electric Vehicle Xiaofei” for a long period of time publishing false information and misleading content involving Ideal Auto and its related personnel and causing bad dissemination effects. After trial by the People's Court in the first instance and the second instance, it was determined according to law that the relevant acts constituted infringement. On April 14, 2026, Ideal Auto obtained a successful judgment in the second instance. After investigation, the court found that the commercial slander carried out by “Xiaofei Electric Train” disrupted the normal market economy order and constituted an unfair competition act of commercial slander.
