Chairman Pan Binze increased his holdings of De Yongjia Group (00321) by 1.06 million shares at a price of HK$1.09 per share

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on July 17, Chairman Pan Binze increased his holdings of De Yongjia Group (00321) by 1.06 million shares, at a price of HK$1.09 per share, for a total amount of about HK$1,345 million. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 757 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 54.76%.
