Wowza has announced the deployment of a groundbreaking synthetic video detection solution integrated with NVIDIA's Synthetic Video Detector (SVD). This integration provides real-time AI-generated video detection capabilities across more than 35,000 of Wowza's video deployments globally, utilizing existing NVIDIA infrastructure. As synthetic video poses increasing threats in media, government, public safety, and financial sectors, NVIDIA's SVD offers a solution that can identify AI-engineered content in real-time under a variety of deployment environments. This collaboration aims to bolster video security by enhancing the detection of synthetic media, thereby supporting content authenticity and reducing potential risks associated with synthetic media attacks.
