According to the Qingyan Environmental Notice, in order to standardize bank account management and reduce management costs, the company recently completed the cancellation procedure for part of the “Guangdong Qingyan High-end Environmental Protection Equipment R&D and Manufacturing Base Project” and cancelled two special accounts of the Shenzhen Nanshan Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China. All balances at the time of sale were transferred to two special accounts of the Shenzhen Branch Sales Department of Industrial Bank, and the corresponding supervision agreement was terminated.
