Chizicheng Technology (09911) expects revenue growth of about 34.3% to 38.8% year-on-year in the first half of the year, AI-driven growth in both social and skit businesses

Zhitong Finance App News, Chizicheng Technology (09911) announced that the group expects to generate revenue of about 595 million to 615 million US dollars in the first half of 2026, an increase of about 34.3% to 38.8% over the same period in 2025. Overall revenue continued to grow year over year, mainly due to shared contributions from social networking and innovative businesses.

As of June 30, 2026, the Group's social media business had cumulative downloads of about 1.08 billion, up about 5.0% from March 31, 2026; in the first half of 2026, the average monthly activity of the Group's social networking business reached about 35.833 million, up about 7.5% over the same period in 2025; and the total revenue of the social networking business is expected to be about US$530 million to US$545 million, an increase of about 34.2% to 38.0% over the same period in 2025. Revenue from the social networking business continued to grow steadily year-on-year in the first half of 2026, mainly due to the Group's continued promotion of global layout and full-link application of AI, which led to the steady growth of flagship products.

In addition, the total revenue of the innovation business is expected to be about 65 million to 70 million US dollars in the first half of 2026, an increase of about 35.4% to 45.8% over the same period in 2025, mainly due to the rapid growth of the short drama business driven by AI.
