Based on the blockchain network infrastructure infrastructure for shipping trade, reliable data sharing across entities is realized, a distributed collaborative data chain for multimodal transport in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is built, functional platforms such as international container transportation services are upgraded, and applications such as electronic exchange and release, electronic bills of lading, and multimodal transport are expanded to improve quality and volume, and strengthen data connections with financial, legal and other fields. Deepen the construction of the “Air Transport Connect” platform, strengthen the interface with China's international trade single window, promote information communication and business collaboration between supervisory authorities and air transport enterprises, and promote data circulation throughout the entire link of cross-border e-commerce air transport sensitive goods. Support shipping technology enterprises and scientific research institutions to build large models of the shipping industry, and encourage diverse actors to jointly build high-quality shipping data sets.
