Shepherd Neame Plans Board Reshuffle

03:20 AM EDT, 07/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shepherd Neame (SHEP.AQ) Chair Richard Oldfield will step down after the company's annual general meeting on Oct. 30. Jonathan Neame, the British brewer and pub owner's chief executive officer since 2003, will become executive chairman, according to a Wednesday filing. Meanwhile, Chief Financial Officer Mark Rider will concurrently assume the role of managing director. Rider will oversee the group's finance department until a new finance director steps in by the end of fiscal 2027.
