The plan lays out efforts to scientifically carry out large-scale land greening actions, comprehensively promote the construction of nature reserve systems, cultivate and expand the forest and grass industry, collaborate to strengthen ecological safety capacity building, continue to deepen reforms in key areas, and make every effort to promote innovation-driven and open cooperation.
