J.P. Morgan raised GM's target share price from $110 to $120; Daiwa Capital Markets raised GM's target share price from $83 to $86; and TD COWEN raised GM's target share price from $126 to $132. GM raised its full-year profit forecast and indicated that customer demand is still strong, particularly for models such as pickups and SUVs. GM currently expects profit before interest and tax to be between 14 billion and 16 billion US dollars for the full year, which is higher than the previous forecast of 13.5 billion to 15.5 billion US dollars. Adjusted earnings per share are currently expected to be between $12 and $14, compared to previous forecasts of $11.50 to $13.50 per share.
