The Zhitong Finance App learned that InnoSec (02577) rose more than 4% in the morning. As of press release, it had risen 4.17% to HK$47.92, with a turnover of HK$194 million.

According to the news, Goldman Sachs released a research report stating that as AI data centers migrate to 800V high voltage DC (800VDC) architectures, the ultimate pursuit of power density and efficiency will force the industry to adopt gallium nitride (GaN) devices on a large scale. The bank believes that as the world's leading IDM model gallium nitride supplier, Innosecco is on the cusp of this wave.

According to the report, Goldman Sachs expects Innosecco's compound annual revenue growth rate (CAGR) of up to 73% from 2025 to 2028. This explosive growth is mainly due to a triple impetus: first, the penetration rate of data center power supplies has jumped from silicon-based to gallium nitride; second, the product line has expanded from consumer electronics fast charging to high-value scenarios such as automobiles, industry, and humanoid robots, driving an increase in the value of a single device; and third, the continuous expansion of production capacity at the Suzhou factory, which is expected to exceed 68,000 wafers per month by the end of 2029.
