Changes in Hong Kong stocks | Gaokeqiao (09963) rose more than 5% to complete the acquisition of all equity interests in Haomin Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.

The Zhitong Finance App learned that Gaokeqiao (09963) rose by more than 5%. As of press release, it had risen 5.69% to HK$7.43, with a turnover of HK$625,600.

According to the news, Gaokeqiao announced that all the prerequisites for the acquisition agreement have been met and completed on July 21, 2026. After completion, the target company, Haomin Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the seller no longer had any direct interest in the target company. So far, the company has indirectly held 51% of Fortis Optoelectronics Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.
